Phoenix Premier Flagpole
Our Phoenix Flagpole's invisible Securi-LOK™ interlocking sleeves allow you to easily raise your flag every day without any push-buttons. Made with Lexan, its interlocking sleeves lock each section together so your new flagpole won't collapse in the wind. Interlocking sleeves, held in place with a machined aluminum post fastener and two locking tabs, increase the bearing surface and reduce the wobbling effect.
You're going to be flying your new flag on a swivel ring harness, allowing your flag to fly 360 degrees around the pole. No longer will you have your flag wrap around your pole which reduces the wear and tear on any flag flying. Also included is a double swivel ring, made with Lexan, which allows you to fly 2 flags or fly your USA flag at 1/2 staff.

Why is my package arriving in separate shipments?
Our policy aims to dispatch products as quickly as possible. Therefore, we often ship items separately to expedite your order. We believe you would prefer receiving parts of your order as they become available, instead of waiting for all items. Additionally, we have multiple fulfillment centers across the country and ship from locations where items are in stock. While we strive to send as few packages as possible, we will provide a shipping confirmation, including a tracking number for each individual shipment, as it leaves our warehouse.
Your basic Phoenix Flagpole kit contains the following items inside its box, unless a specific accessory is back-ordered:

Where is my gold ball topper?
Your Phoenix Telescoping Flagpole kit includes a 3" gold ball topper. For 20' poles, we place it inside the white ground sleeve at the bottom of the pole for protection during shipment. If you order a 25' pole, we ship the 3" ball topper separately, as it does not fit inside the flagpole box.

Is there a warranty on my flag?
Flags, being wearable items subject to varying weather conditions, often need replacement and can be difficult to guarantee. Nevertheless, we appreciate a good warranty and therefore offer a six-month warranty on all flags bought at full price from our website. This warranty does not apply to free flags or those included in promotions. If your flag might qualify for a warranty replacement, email us a picture of it, whether torn, worn, or frayed, and include your first and last name along with the order number. Our team member will review it and assist you.
